Using PlayPuzzle

You may use PlayPuzzle only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Accounts and Child Profiles

Provide accurate registration information and do not create an account for another person without authority. A child profile may be created or managed only by that child's parent or legal guardian, or by an authorised school acting with an appropriate lawful basis. Child profiles must not be used to collect unnecessary contact or identity information.

Schools and Educational Content

School accounts require approval and may be suspended if submitted details are inaccurate or authority to represent the school cannot be confirmed. Teachers and creators are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe another person's rights.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, evade security or usage limits, disrupt other users, upload malicious material, scrape personal data, or use PlayPuzzle to harm or monitor a child.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We may update these terms and will publish the updated date on this page.

Privacy and Account Closure

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how to request deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that materially violate these terms, while retaining limited records where legally necessary.
